Please note that the ABCB has withdrawn Notice of Direction 2018/5.0.
In addition, the ABCB has removed products with ‘no applicable specification’ from the latest version of the WaterMark Schedule of Products.
This means that the status quo with regard to these products will not change (i.e. their acceptance will be at the discretion of the State and Territory jurisdictions) until such time as a product specification is developed.
In future, products that have undergone a risk assessment, but for which no suitable specification is available for their evaluation, will not be listed on the WaterMark Schedule of Products until such time as a product specification is developed and adopted.
