Welcome Melissa Williams
Melissa has been with Global-Mark since 2021 as the Program Manager for General Practice Accreditation. Melissa will now become our key Commission contact for both NSQHSS and General Practice Accreditation and is tasked with overseeing all compliance-related requirements and obligations across both schemes.
Welcome Loryn Mitchell
Loryn, commenced assisting in the Health program from late 2022, and will be continuing to increase her presence within the health team, supporting Melissa and being an integral cog in our new planning and scheduling process, particularly as we come to Short Notice Assessments.
Welcome Jo Munday
Jo is an experienced mental health registered nurse in both public and private sectors including community services. Most recently as CEO/DCS she is experienced in clinical service design and commissioning of new clinical services, Jo is passionate about workplace culture and consumer and carer engagement in healthcare settings. Jo’s clinical and senior management experiences include mental health, rehabilitation and palliative care.
Farewell Anne Sutherland
A huge thank you and farewell to Anne who is hanging up her auditing hat. Anne has given so much to the health program and her clients over the years and she will be greatly missed.
