1. Tell me about your company – what industry you are in and what does your business do?
Clean Oil Services Pty Ltd is in the business of Lubrication Management and Protecting our Planet.
We commenced operations almost 30 years ago with an Independent Oil Analysis Laboratory servicing heavy industry, defence, mining, power and transport industries.
Over the years our business has expanded to include a manufacturing division where we design and manufacture the Lubemaster range of Oil Cleaning & filtration equipment.
Our Lubemaster products make it possible to have zero waste oil which is a huge win for the environment. Additionally oil can be used indefinitely without the need to change which can potentially save millions in oil expenditure. We love working with our clients to save them money while extending the life of their machinery.
2. Can you please provide some top level information about your organisation, such as size, number of staff, office locations or similar?
Head Office is in Townsville, North Queensland and we have businesses in Perth as well as USA, Chile and Peru.
Approx 20 full-time staff.
3. Why did you go through certification?
We believe the ISO certification takes our business to a higher level and gives our clients assurance that we will treat them and their project in a highly professional manner.
It gives our operations consistency, accountability and reliability. It keeps us focused on quality and safety.
4. How did you find the process with Global-Mark?
It was very straight forward and Global-Mark worked with us to make it as easy as possible.
5. What is your outcome e.g. are you happy with the outcome?
We are very satisfied with the results. Setting our quality management systems in place has made us more efficient and proactive.
6. Are there any other business benefits you experienced as a result of becoming certified?
Becoming ISO Certified enables us to quote on many more projects with confidence.
