1. Tell me about your company – what industry are you in and what does your business do?
Skyfii supports enterprise businesses with digital transformation projects by providing a data platform & services offering that includes expertise in specific IoT technologies. These technologies include WiFi, People Counting, AI Cameras, LiDAR & other purpose-built sensors that capture visitor & environmental data sets to help organisations measure, understand & improve experiences.
2. Can you please provide some top level information about your organisation, such as size, number of staff, office locations or similar?
Skyfii employ over 110 employees across 13 offices in 9 countries. Skyfii provides cloud-based data platform & professional services to over 1,000 customers in 35 countries. Our customers cover a cross-section of industries including Retail Property, Commercial Real Estate, Retail, Airports, Municipal & Government Agencies, Cultural Institutions, Stadia & Events, Education & more.
3. Why did you go through certification?
We underwent the certification process to ensure we have the appropriate environmental and quality assurance management systems in place to meet the expectations of our customers, stakeholders and the community, while the annual certification process also ensures we regularly challenge and improve processes and drive efficiency and savings in the business.
4. How did you find the process with Global-Mark?
Global-Mark were recommended to us by the company that originally audited our business and gave us our certification, so they already came highly recommended. From the onset of our dealings with Herve, we found the process smooth and seamless. All audits were conducted to schedule and the team managed to facilitate remote audits during Melbourne’s extended pandemic lockdowns which alleviate much of our stress at the time.
5. What is your outcome e.g. are you happy with the outcome?
We are incredibly happy with the outcome, as not only are we certified, but with each audit we learn more about the standards and the recommendations for improvement, when adopted have contributed to our ability to continuously improve and evolve as a business.
