McNally Group Contracting (McNally) is a leading name in Design and Construction Projects within Western Australia’s mining and resources sector. We specialise in delivering high-quality Mine Site Villages and Facilities. From initial concept design to final delivery, we provide a comprehensive 360-degree service, encompassing design, manufacturing, transportation, and full site installation. 2. Can you please provide some top-level information about your organisation, such as size, number of staff, office locations or similar?
Establishing in 2009, McNally has experienced consistent growth, evolving from completing our inaugural design, manufacturing, and delivery project to expanding into construction projects by 2013. Today, in 2024, we are proud to be recognised as the industry leader in Mining and Resource projects throughout Western Australia. With a dedicated team of approximately 100 staff and a robust network of subcontractors, our headquarters and manufacturing facility in Henderson serve as the cornerstone of our operations. Our extensive project reach across the Southwest, Perth, Pilbara, Kimberley, Wheatbelt, and Goldfields underscores our ability to deliver excellence and innovation on a broad geographic scale.
3. What motivated you to pursue certification?
Certification was a natural progression for McNally. Over time, we organically developed systems for quality, safety, and environmental management to meet the high standards expected by our clients. In 2023, we formalised this effort, embarking on a certification journey to refine our processes, streamline documentation, and align everything with our core values. Certification reinforced our commitment to delivering exceptional projects and fostering client satisfaction, all while ensuring alignment with our mission to “Build Better.”
