1.Tell me about your company – what industry you are in and what does your business do?
We are a commercial/Industrial construction company, we do Fit Outs, Make Goods and Refurb Works and a lot of Industrial works like concrete hardstands, warehouse make goods.
2. Can you please provide some top level information about your organisation, such as size, number of staff, office locations or similar?
We are a medium size business, with 27 full time employees and we operate in inner and sometimes Regional Melbourne.
3. What motivated you to pursue certification?

5. What is the result you’ve achieved, for example, are you satisfied with the result?
We are extremely satisfied with the results we’ve achieved through the ISO certification process. We received the 3 certifications that we require for our industry.
6. Have you observed any additional business advantages that arose as a result of achieving certification?
The rigorous process of achieving certification has improved our risk management practices. We are now better equipped to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring more stable and predictable operations. The implementation or our IMS has help us greatly to keep he structured processes and procedures in most areas of the business.
