1. Tell me about your company – what industry you are in and what does your business do?
I provide an occupational therapist service for NDIS clients and also for aged care clients.
2. Can you please provide some top level information about your organisation, such as size, number of staff, office locations or similar?
I am a private occupational therapist (sole trader). I am a mobile therapist and often visit my NDIS clients at their homes.
3. Why did you go through certification?
Being a private NDIS occupational therapist, I need to renew my NDIS registration every three years so I have to be verified to meet the NDIS Commission’s auditing requirements.
4. How did you find the process with Global-Mark?
I have used your company for my NDIS audit twice. I have found the process is very clear and supportive. Meilyn is very helpful to guide me to go through the auditing process step by step. We also maintain smooth communication. Once I have a question, I will email her, and then she will email me back with suggestions and some helpful information. I don’t have any concerns or issues with the whole audit process. I hope I will continue to work with her next time.
5. What is your outcome e.g. are you happy with the outcome?
I successfully passed my NDIS registration renewal after your company did an auditing for me in 2019.
6. Are there any other business benefits you experienced as a result of becoming certified?
After I renewed my NDIS registration, I not only provide OT service for NDIS clients and also for aged care clients. I have gained more and more clients in this industry after the certifications.
