Attestation Statements (NSQHS) – REMINDER
Thank you to all of those who have already sent through their annual attestation statements. A reminder that all accredited organisations are required to submit their annual attestation to their accrediting agencies by 30/9/2024. Please note that the template has been updated for 2024, and you can find the new template here.
We kindly ask you to submit your completed attestation statement via email to: health@global-mark.com.au.
