James Bennett is one of our Lead Auditors specialising in Quality and Disability Services Programs. We couldn’t be prouder when we heard the news that he was awarded with the Order of Australia Medal for his services to the blind and low vision community.
“I was invested with the Medal of the Order of Australia by the NSW Governor David Hurley last Thursday and it was a most memorable event which will last with me for the rest of my days. The Governor blew most of us away when he likened the OAM to it’s Military equivalent being the Victoria Cross, which to all of us, was pretty impressive, this was evident with the sound of bums squirming on chairs.” – James Bennett
