This course introduces the concepts of continuous improvement. The course covers strategies for managing improvement, methodologies for improvement including a practical understanding of variation, hands on application of the main improvement tools and useful guidance on implementing improvement programs. The course includes many practical applications.

| Assessments: | This course covers a series of assessment activities including response to written short questions, worked examples and observation from a range of practical workplace/simulation activities.
It is preferred that you have access to workplace documentation to better understand and apply the knowledge obtained in real industry related scenario. Where it is not possible for you to access the workplace documentation, you can access the mock documentation provided by us and complete the assessment in a simulated environment. |
