Diploma of Quality Auditing
This course introduces and provides hands on experience on how to perform and evaluate a comprehensive management system audit in accordance with ISO19011, the concepts of continuous improvement and quality in project management. Role plays and discussions are used during the course to consolidate the student’s ability to work individually as well as in a team environment. Global-Mark recommends students take 12-24 months to complete the diploma qualification. The program can be completed sooner depending on experience and recognition of prior learning (RPL). The maximum duration is 24 months. This course includes external assessment.

| Assessments: | This course covers a series of assessment activities including response to written short questions, worked examples, observation from a range of practical workplace/simulation activities.
It is preferred that you have access to workplace documentation to better understand and apply the knowledge obtained in real industry related scenario. Where it is not possible for you to access the workplace documentation, you can access the mock documentation provided by us and complete the assessment in a simulated environment. |
| Additional Support (for self-paced courses): | The trainer will have a dedicated timeslot every fortnight to discuss and support attendees throughout the course via online video conference. The attendees will have to pre-book the session to attend. |
