What does Lead Auditor course consist of?
Lead Auditor course consists of Auditing Skills, Audit Team Leader and one or all 3 of the electives: QMS, WHS and/or EMS. You can choose the electives based on your area of expertise.
My boss wants me to conduct an internal audit, do you offer any such courses?
Yes, our Auditing Skills (internal auditing) course is designed for people willing to have an understanding of and be able to conduct internal audit.
I would like to train quite a few people in my office, do you have any such arrangement in place?
Yes, we offer in-house courses for a maximum of 12 people, at your desired location and date.
Do I get a discount?
Yes, 10% discount applies for multiple participants of the same organisation or a single participant for multiple courses.
Do the courses have pre-requisite?
Some courses have pre-requisite to ensure you have prior knowledge which will be beneficial while you attend the course you are willing to enrol. For details, please refer to the Program Information Brochure (PIB) of the course.
Do courses have any assessments?
The courses covers a series of assessment activities including response to written short questions, worked examples, observation from a range of practical workplace/simulation activities.
Do I need to access workplace documents to complete the assessment?
It is recommended that you have access to workplace documentation to better understand and apply the knowledge obtained in real industry related scenario.
Where it is not possible for you to access the workplace documentation, you can access the mock documentation provided by us and complete the assessment in a simulated environment.
How long will I have to complete the course?
We generally offer 6-12 months to complete the course based on the course you choose to attend. Further extension of 12 months can be provided on request. Please refer to the Program Information Brochure (PIB) for more detail.
Should I bring anything to the training?
All the students are required to have the following for the training:
- A computer or laptop
- Latest and supported browsers
- Reliable internet connection (if the training is not held in GM premises)
- Pen & paper (if the training is not held in GM premises)
Speakers/Headphones (recommended)
How do I apply for RPL/CT?
Please contact us if you wish to apply for RPL and advise you of the process.
Why do I have to provide USI?
Students studying a nationally recognised training unit/course in Australia from 1st January 2015, are required to have a Unique Student Identifier(USI). The USI is linked to the National Vocational Education and Training(VET) Data Collection, and this means an individual’s nationally recognised training and qualifications gained anywhere in Australia, from different training organisations, will be kept together.

Why do I have to provide my personal information?
As a training provider we are required to collect and disclose your personal information to National Centre for Vocational Education Research Ltd (NCVER). Further details on how your personal information will be handled has been provided in the student enrolment form.
