Our staff attended the Aboriginal Cultural Awareness training in the Global-Mark office run by the Victorian Community Services Association Limited.
The training topics included Cultural Awareness Perspectives, White Australia has a Black History, Culture, Kinship and Value Systems of Aboriginal People and gave us good insight into Aboriginal history and the past events that shaped our communities. We also grasped a good understanding of the value system of Aboriginal people cultural beliefs and hierarchy.
