Manage Project Quality
This course introduces quality in ‘projects’, focusing on quality, timeliness and costs. The course covers basic project management, the determination of quality requirements, planning for quality through Management Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, implementing quality processes through inspections and audit programs, monitoring project quality and managing improvement in projects.

| Assessments: | This course covers a series of assessment activities including response to written short questions, worked examples and observation from a range of practical workplace/simulation activities.
It is preferred that you have access to workplace documentation to better understand and apply the knowledge obtained in real industry related scenario. Where it is not possible for you to access the workplace documentation, you can access the mock documentation provided by us and complete the assessment in a simulated environment. |
