Fowlerex is an Australian company specializing in environmental engineering solutions, particularly in designing and delivering turnkey systems for dust and fume control worldwide. Formerly known as ‘Fowler and Rex’, our company has undergone several changes in ownership and name over the years. Today, we are a leading name in the provision of industrial air pollution control systems.
We serve industrial sectors such as mining, manufacturing, and others where air quality and regulatory compliance are critical. Our expertise includes the design, manufacture, and installation of advanced systems – like baghouses, dry scrubbers (activated carbon bed), wet scrubbers (venturi and packed bed), Electrostatic Precipitators — that improve workplace safety and operational efficiency.
2. Can you please provide some top level information about your organisation, such as size, number of staff, office locations or similar?
Fowlerex Technologies Pty Ltd is part of the Vortex Engineering group. The Vortex Engineering group specialises in environmental engineering, with specialist expertise in air pollution control, pneumatic materials handling, water infrastructure, hazardous materials containment, and retro-fitting of buildings with structural steel. Employing teams of design and project engineers, the Group excels in designing, fabricating and installing bespoke solutions that address our customers’ specific needs.
The Fowlerex team consists of 15+ experienced professionals. Headquartered in Sydney, our engineering expertise extends to Melbourne, Perth, and Brisbane, complemented by our office in Christchurch, New Zealand.
