3. What motivated you to pursue certification?
As a provider of high quality clinical and people services, Claro has always strived to ensure registration and certification with regulatory bodies, not only for our own quality assurance, but to support the broader industry to uphold quality and safety standards within the disability industry.
4. What was your experience like when working through the certification process with Global-Mark?
Claro have been fortunate enough to work with Global-Mark for many years now undergoing numerous certifications, and the experience has always been a positive, collaborative, and supportive process. The auditors do not come to just check boxes, but come to engage with the organisation, understand our plans and achievements, and guide identified areas for improvement. Going through a certification process always brings a level of pressure, but Claro know the Global-Mark team will make the process a positive experience for those supporting for their first time, or seasoned audit veterans alike.
5. What is the result you’ve achieved, for example, are you satisfied with the result?
Maintaining accreditation, and as such the certification process is an expectation of our clients, customers, and organisation. Each time, what we achieve is a refreshed continuous improvement plan and identifies areas for improvement which can guide our development activities for the coming months.
6. Have you observed any additional business advantages that arose as a result of achieving certification?
Achieving and maintaining certification with the NDIS and ACIS allows Claro to continue delivering our high quality services to support clients who trust us with their care. Our mission is to provide Australians with quality health and care services, empowering them to live healthier, happier and more independent lives. Certification allows us to continue this mission.
