Our company specialises in managing fitout and refurbishment projects within the construction industry.

Established in 2006 and based in Sydney, NSW, our organisation has a dedicated team of 16 professionals.
3. What motivated you to pursue certification?
We have always been a system-oriented business. We have found that developing our processes improves us as a business and provides our clients with comfort in our abilities. This pursuit aligns with gaining certifications and further improving our processes. By obtaining certification, we can highlight to our clients and government agencies that we take our systems seriously.
4. What was your experience like when working through the certification process with Global-Mark?
Satisfying and constructive. Global-Mark understands our business and operations. We have had the same auditor with hands-on industry experience over the years, and he has worked on raising the bar each year, making our processes more relevant to what we do.
5. What is the result you’ve achieved, for example, are you satisfied with the result?
We are very satisfied. Our certification has helped the business become pre-qualified for state government contracts and other privately owned clients.
6. Have you observed any additional business advantages that arose as a result of achieving certification?
Yes. It has enabled us to be pre-qualified for health, education, and government work. It has also assisted us with tender compliance on returnable schedules regarding our business systems. Listing our ISO certification highlights our compliance and demonstrates that we meet their requirements.
