HP Fertility, are an internationally recognised and dynamic organisation, with a key focus on patient-centricity and optimised, effective treatment. Located on the 16th floor of the Hai Phong International Hospital of Obstetrics and Pediatrics, we take pride in supporting infertile couples in the Northern Coastal area with assisted reproductive technologies, helping them fulfill their dream of bringing a baby home after a long wait.
Our mission revolves around continuous improvement in the quality of care offered to individuals seeking fertility treatment. By prioritising safety and effectiveness within a framework of carefully designed criteria, we aim to provide the highest level of care while also collecting and incorporating patient feedback to drive ongoing improvements.
To achieve these goals, we have implemented the RTAC code of practice into our daily operations, ensuring that we adhere to the highest standards of patient care and treatment. Throughout the process of framework establishment and SOP development, we conducted thorough reviews of our centre’s processes and procedures, identifying and mitigating potential risks to patient safety. By tailoring information to suit each patient’s needs and consistently gathering feedback, we ensure that we provide accurate and timely information and address any concerns promptly.
While the journey towards certification presented challenges and complexities, the support provided by Global-Mark representatives, particularly Donna, enabled us to navigate the international accreditation process successfully. Following more than a year of dedicated efforts, we are proud to announce that HP Fertility is now one of ten RTAC-certified centres in Vietnam.
Our commitment to excellence has yielded tangible results, with an increase in the number of treatment cycles and successful births, alongside a reduction in potential risks such as PCOS and OHSS. This success underscores our dedication to providing a safe and effective treatment environment for our patients, all while receiving positive feedback from our growing clientele.
Confident in our abilities and guided by our motto, “By science, for patients”, we are now focused on expanding our reach beyond the Northern Coastal area, seizing new opportunities to serve more patients while upholding the rigorous standards set by the RTAC code of practice.
