Specialist Medical Services Group manages and leads several medical services in Primary Care (Specialist GP) and Secondary Care (Specialist Physicians/Surgeons) settings and Allied Health and Ancillary services. We are a group established by a team of health and management professionals passionate about providing affordable and excellent quality healthcare services. We pride ourselves on providing our patients with the best information, choice and medical and social care. We offer a full range of clinical services, including pathology, radiology, clinical procedures, vaccinations, chronic disease care, antenatal and postnatal services, clinical imaging, and wellness check-ups. All of our Centres that provide primary care services have obtained formal accreditation against the RACGP Standards of General Practice.
This year, one of our Centres, Sans Souci Doctors, has completed the accreditation process with Global-Mark as the independent assessment agency. Sans Souci Doctors is a certified Great Place to Work and is a highly rated medical centre with an excellent track record of quality clinical provision.
The benefits of undergoing and achieving accreditation with Global-Mark include: building the framework to focus on quality assurance, improved practice efficiency, improved patient health outcomes, and showcasing our commitment and compliance with national standards.
Overall, it has been a pleasant experience with Global-Mark, who has provided professional services, support, and resources, along with the 12-month process from preparation, self-assessment, onsite survey to completion and certification.
